Grades 9 | 0–11 Credits
“Who am I and what’s out there?”

Students begin by exploring their interests, strengths, and values. This foundation supports thoughtful decision-making as they discover early career ideas and academic pathways.

Explore

Grades 9–11 | 6–22 Credits
“What are my options and where do I fit?”

Students and families investigate potential postsecondary and career pathways. They “try on” fields of interest through career fairs, job shadows, or enrichment programs.

Engage

Grades 10–11 | 12–33 Credits
“What do I want to do—and how do I get there?”

Learners deepen their involvement in areas of interest. They begin hands-on experiences such as internships, dual enrollment, or resume-building activities.
